"Wild Truffles is the caterer of choice at Saks Fifth Avenue in Las Vegas. Whether Saks is hosting a simple breakfast for special customers, or throwing an all-out, high-end party for hundreds of people, Wild Truffles gets the call. Owners Eva and Georg Paulussen are determined to take the worry out of each event, by assuring us here at Saks that their cuisine is not only more than expected, but also fresh and prepared on the spot with the care that only top professional chefs can accomplish. And without fail, their service staff is polite, clean and attuned to the needs of each client they serve.

In the past Wild Truffles has contributed their expertise to many events held in and out of the Saks store, such as catering and bar service for 500 for Saks Fifth Avenue's annual Vegas Dozen event; a cocktail party with two full bar set-ups and passed hors d'oeuvres for 200; sit down, formal lunches previewing clothing designers such as St. John and Eileen Fisher; passed cocktails and hot Rhapsody in Blue for The Girls and Boys Town of Southern Nevada; and many more.

With a menu that offers a wide range of items and prices to choose from, Saks Fifth Avenue will continue to employ what we consider to be one of the paramount catering services in the Las Vegas area."

"The day we thought of having a "House Warming Party," we knew that we did not have the time to invest in its detail planning, coordination, and execution. We needed a Company that could do it all.

We consulted Chef Georg Paulussen, of "Wild Truffles" and were very impressed with his ideas and the tremendous wealth of knowledge he possessed about event planning.

During the formulating and organizing phase, we were kept abreast of development, and consulted on major details. There was absolutely no stress on our part. Chef Paulussen made this event a turnkey occasion for us. All the details were thought of and coordinated to precision by him and his staff.

The compliments we received from our guests and, are still receiving is as extraordinary as the" Special Event" itself. The exceptional quality of service, the courtesy, and professionalism of the staff, and above all, the taste and presentation of the food was so fantastic that we all experienced the transformation from our home to a Ritz or Four Seasons property.
